Why everyone keeps coming back.

Located in the bustling Richmond Centre, % Arabica Vancouver Richmond Centre is much more than your typical coffee stop—it’s a carefully curated experience for true coffee aficionados. This specialty coffee shop, renowned internationally, brings a refined and minimalist approach to every cup, making it a must-visit destination for those serious about their brew.

From the moment you approach the sleek, modern facade, you sense the thoughtful design philosophy that permeates the space. Its minimalist layout reflects a dedication to quality and precision, focusing your attention entirely on the star of the show: the coffee. Though there’s no seating area, % Arabica’s efficient setup ensures an immersive ristretto moment amidst the shopping hub’s vibrant energy.

Customers repeatedly praise the bold and rich flavors that % Arabica crafts. Miss Kaur highlights the “Dark Latte” as being irresistibly smooth with a deep, robust coffee flavor that lingers on the palate, while the “Spanish Latte” wins hearts with its luscious creaminess and perfectly balanced sweetness. YUWEN, who has experienced % Arabica in Shanghai, celebrates the brand’s consistency and particularly recommends the “Spanish Latte” and “Kyoto Latte,” noting how their hot versions bring out the best in these signature drinks. The freshly baked croissants also garner applause, adding a delightful bakery note to the overall coffee experience.

Regulars like Andy Chiang appreciate the shop’s dedication to coffee craftsmanship. Despite the lack of food offerings or seating, the shop’s beverages, such as the impeccably prepared matcha and Kyoto Latte, offer a rewarding pause during the hustle of a shopping trip. While the wait times can be a bit long, as Randy Hamm notes, this is a testament to the quality and popularity of the brand, prompting customers to plan ahead by browsing the menu online before stepping up to the counter.

Jennifer K captures the essence of what makes % Arabica stand out: “One of the best coffee experiences I’ve had!” The smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced coffee speaks volumes about the shop’s commitment to excellence. Coupled with friendly, knowledgeable staff and the store’s contemporary aesthetic, the visit feels special and refreshing—a modern coffee sanctuary amidst a busy commercial setting.

Whether you’re a seasoned coffee lover or someone seeking a refined caffeine fix while exploring Richmond Centre, % Arabica offers an enticing promise of quality and sophistication. Each sip reveals the care and passion behind every roast, making it not just a coffee break, but a small moment of indulgence you’ll look forward to repeating.

We ordered the Dark Latte and Spanish Latte at % Arabica, and both were excellent. The Dark Latte was rich and smooth with a bold coffee flavor, while the Spanish Latte was perfectly creamy with just the right sweetness. High-quality coffee, great taste, and a lovely overall experience. Definitely worth visiting again!

The Arabica coffee shop that has been frequenting in Shanghai has finally opened in Vancouver. Business is good, it can be imagined the influence of their brand. It was an honor to participate in their organized self media event and taste their signature coffee drinks and snacks. Recommend Spanish latte and Kyoto latte, hot drinks taste better! The freshly baked croissants are also delicious

This is a coffee only shop, so the review is only for the coffee as they don’t have a seating area or serve any food. The drinks take a little bit to be made, so there’s always a line up. The matcha is well made and one of my personal faves. The Kyoto latte is also very good. Good spot for a coffee during a shopping trip.

Is it worth a half hour wait? It is great coffee a little funny to have a lineup but that’s what you get when you have the in place. Nice and minimalistic. A cool layout. We’re taking a look at the menu online ahead of time because you can’t see it until you get up to the counter. Didn’t try anything fancy just went with the espresso macchiato and it has some great flavor.

One of the best coffee experiences I’ve had! The coffee at % Arabica is incredibly smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. You can really taste the quality in every sip. The store’s design is so sleek and minimalist, creating a calm, modern, and aesthetic atmosphere. On top of that, the customer service was absolutely top-notch! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and knew what drinks would best fit my flavour profile. Definitely a must-visit if you love good coffee and beautiful spaces!

They finally opened. Coffee is good but the line up can be quite long. What I like about Arabica is that they good excellent latte art all the time even if the drinks are meant to be to go and covered up right away with a lid. I love the design of such a small space. Kyoto Latte is good and they have ice cream at this location which is worth a try.

I had a great experience here. we ordered the Kyoto Latte and the Matcha Latte, and both were amazing. The flavors were rich, smooth, and well-balanced — you can really tell they care about quality. The Kyoto Latte was especially unique and comforting, and the Matcha Latte had a deep, authentic taste without being too sweet. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was calm and cozy. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend if you enjoy specialty coffee and tea drinks!

I read all of the 1 star reviews and the biggest issue was wait time as well as the price, however I would’t let that deter you from giving this place a try. If not for the wait time it’s easily a 5 star on the drinks alone. Yes the drinks are priced at a premium however this is not an uncommon price for the high tier coffee shops in Vancouver. Judging in taste alone this is one of the best coffees I’ve ever had, deep creamy flavour and not overly bitter but can still taste the beans. Matcha latte was also very creamy and had a strong earthy tone. Would for sure go back and try more. Also I’ve added a photo of the menu in the review. You’re welcome.
